WHO WE ARE - We are women of the Episcopal Church: Rooted in our past and growing into God’s future. All women in the parish are members of this organization by virtue of their Baptism / Confirmation in The Episcopal Church.

OUR PURPOSE - Our mission is to provide Episcopal Church women the opportunity to carry on Christ’s work of reconciliation in the world, and to take their place as leaders in the life, governance and worship of the church.

OUR LIFE - As Episcopal Church Women, our active involvement begins here in The Church of the Good Shepherd, and continues at the diocesan, provincial and national levels. Each has its own unique opportunities that enable the mission and ministry of women. Episcopal Church Women are an integral part of the Episcopal Church USA and is a part of the world wide Anglican Communion.

WHAT WE DO - Three focuses of the ECW Program are:

• To assist/enable the women of the church to carry out their mission and ministry

• To encourage proactive advocacy for educational initiatives

• To provide the opportunity for women to come together for worship, study and action

WHAT WE OFFER -
